The silverwastes is a map that works around a big meta-event with four parts, and most of the achievements revolve around it. So first I need to explain how the map works. Foothold. You can see in the events UI the progress of the event called βFootholdβ which shows the level of defense of most forts as well.
Suppose a dude just bought EoD and wants to start to play his vindicator, since unlocking hero points take time in an impulse he buys everything. 5 dollars per hero point. Same with a returning player, specially the ones that played HoT at it release. Theres a bunch of situations where this will happen.
Levelling up to 80 by any method will give you exactly enough hero points to unlock all the base game skills and specialisations. You need additional points to unlock the elite specs. When levelling normally you will almost certainly get some extra points from Hero Challenges in the maps before you but if you used a boost you won't have done
I have been working for 2 weeks to try to get enough hero points in the expansion "Path of Fire", I solo play, I have purchased weapons and armor from the in-game store. I can do any level 80 quests in any other zone solo, except Path of Fire. The Hero points from the Hero challenge are though to do solo, I can only complete about 1/3 solo.
Gunnho. β’. for starters, you will get all the hero points pre-lvl80 you need just by leveling so you dont need extras, but you can still get them one by one from every core map. post lvl80 join a hero point train in HoT of PoF where you will gain 1 full elite per run (but these again are a one time use per character)
Hero Challenge items that are consumed for Hero points. Leveling β Adds percentage of, one or multiple levels, does not add to mastery level or experience. Experience Scroll (increase to level 20, 30, 40, 50 or 60). Tome of Knowledge and Tome of Mentorship (+1 level, if used before level 80). Writ of Experience (+5% of a level usable only
